After consuming alcoholic beverages, the victim lost consciousness and, upon waking, discovered that he had been robbed. Based on field work that included the analysis of public and private film records and the exploitation of social networks, officers managed to identify the suspect and establish her address. With the evidence gathered, the National Criminal and Correctional Court No. 62, presided over by Dario Bonanno, Secretariat 79 of Eduardo Ricco, and the Guarantees Court No. 1 of Lomas de Zamora, authorized the search that made the arrest possible. The procedure was carried out in a dwelling located on Julio Massenet street at number 400, where the accused was arrested by officers from the Community Investigations Division 4, they told the Argentine News Agency. During the search of the property, a Samsung cell phone used by the accused, a wallet belonging to the victim, and two blisters of clonazepam pills, a substance that was allegedly used to induce the victim to lose consciousness, were seized. The investigation began on October 11, 2025, when the accused contacted the victim through social networks and then went to his home.
